Dr Talia was medically trained before shifting her focus to yoga, writing, holistic health and wellbeing. She has extensive experience in the fields of General Practice, Psychiatry, Meditation, Mindfulness & Yoga. 

Her holistic approach considers the interplay of all facets of our being, Body, Mind & Soul. To look at ill-health as purely a symptom or illness, is to miss the deeper messages our bodies are calling us to face. As ultimately the path to healing is the path to self-understanding.

Dr Talia provides a range of holistic services to assist you on your path of healing, which include: 

1:1 Yoga 
An individualised yoga practice that fuses movement, meditation, breath work & mantra to cultivate a deeper connection to self.

Meditation & Mindfulness
Introductory sessions to learn and practice tools to assist with stress reduction and anxiety management, increased contentment, joy and peace, amongst the numerous other benefits. (1:1 or 2 person sessions available)

Mentoring/ Coaching
Talia’s diverse experience has given her the skills to guide clients through various life situations. These include but are not limited to career and relationship guidance, intuition building, managing mind/ body symptoms (including gut issues, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue) and dealing with life transitions (retirement, divorce, grief or dealing with chronic illness).

Self-hypnosis training
This is a very helpful tool which can be useful for rewiring unhelpful beliefs, shifting unhelpful coping strategies, instilling new beliefs and even uncovering subconscious blocks, when we feel something is getting in the way of what we wish to manifest in our lives. In the session Dr Talia will teach you the process of self-hypnosis, to enable you to use this tool yourself at home.
