Panagiota (Penny) Bradas

Acupuncturist Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Panagiota (Penny) is a dedicated and experienced practitioner of Chinese Medicine, holding a Bachelor of Science in Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture) from Endeavour College of Natural Health. She first opened her Crawley acupuncture clinic in 2016, building a warm and welcoming space for patients seeking holistic care. After a brief break from practice, Penny is delighted to return to the profession and is reintroducing her services and is excited to welcome both new and returning patients who are beginning or continuing their healing journey. Continually committed to professional development, Penny has trained with a number of respected teachers across different traditions of acupuncture. Her influences include Japanese acupuncture instructors who emphasise softer, minimalistic techniques, as well as classical Chinese teachings that explore the secondary channels—specialised pathways that are additional to the more widely used meridians in modern practice, expanding the range of clinical applications. This breadth of learning has shaped Penny’s holistic, thoughtful, and responsive style of care.

Penny offers personalised treatments that support the body’s innate ability to heal and rebalance itself. Drawing on the principles of Chinese medicine, her acupuncture sessions are designed to restore homeostasis—supporting both physical and energetic wellbeing. Her approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the body’s subtle energetics and physiology.

Her special interests encompass a range of conditions, including women’s health concerns such as menstrual cycle imbalances, menopause support, and infertility. She also assists with pain management of musculoskeletal conditions including headaches, acute and chronic pain, restricted movement or loss of mobility in limbs from various causes, and injuries. Additionally, Penny addresses digestive health issues and fatigue, while providing assistance with stress management, mild anxiety, and insomnia.

Penny brings warmth, curiosity, and care to every treatment, working collaboratively with patients to support sustained wellbeing and balance.
