Neena offers a dynamic range of classes, ranging from breath focused Hatha to candlelight calming Yin practices. Neena is a Yin and Hatha alignment yoga teacher with a certification in mental health awareness practices. Beginner friendly. Neena looks forward to seeing you on the mat.
