Catherine is a Mindset and Spiritual Coach.
She will work with you to clarify the topics in your life that are holding you back, free you from limiting beliefs, and empower you to create change in your life.
Catherine’s soul purpose is to work with women to help them learn to love and accept themselves, overcome self-love deficit and step into their power. Catherine is passionate about helping people develop their intuition, and tune into their higher self in order to align with their life purpose and inner guidance.
As a Psychic Medium, Catherine is guided by spirit in her work with clients, communicating messages to you for healing and to guide you on your path. She works with energy though Reiki and other energy frequencies to shift blockages, allowing them to be fully processed through the chakra system.
Catherine is also a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner (RTTP), Rapid Transformational Therapy is a powerful type of Hypnotherapy combined with Neuro Linguistic Programming designed to eradicate and change limiting beliefs and behaviours in 1-3 sessions.
Catherine’s background is in clinical Psychology, having worked many years in the tertiary setting she decided to open up her private clinical Psychology practice in 2019. Through experience and growth in her practice of Psychology, learning and integrating other modalities, the time has come to move away from clinical work and move more in the direction of spiritual coaching, as this feels much more aligned with her.
